Shipping Policy

We normally ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5 to 10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Return Policy

Have confidence in ordering with BINOCULARS N SITE.com. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the it less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted only within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Returns must be in resalable condition.

Merchandise returned for exchange may be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

Product returned for refund may be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.

Any customer refusal of a package or if UPS returns the package, there may be a return charge fee.

Damaged Goods Policy

If the merchandise you receive is defective, please email us immediately for further instructions.

Backorder Policy

Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
